Description

After watching Madness Combat 7.5, I wanted to draw this. And so I did.

This guy is (to my knowledge) a "beta" ATP Agent, and never finished production stage because Sanford and Deimos blew the place up that manufactured them. I like to call them "OBSV Agents", named after their screen name OBSV032 from MC7.5.
